This is where I think out loud about the forces reshaping our industries — the energy transition, sustainable business development, smart cities, technology and innovation, future-focused strategy, and the systems thinking that ties them together. After close to three decades of working alongside CIOs, CXOs and public-sector leaders on large-scale digital transformation, I have come to believe the most useful thing a practitioner can do is share the work openly: the patterns that hold, the assumptions that break, and the ideas still taking shape.
Everything here is written for industry peers — leaders, engineers, strategists and policy thinkers — as an invitation to compare notes rather than a lecture from the sidelines. Some posts are points of view I would defend in a boardroom; others are early hypotheses I would like challenged. If a piece leaves you with a sharper question to ask on Monday morning, it has done its job. -:)
